Portable and Expandable Earring Display

Customized, expandable, portable earring display made from a jazzed-up baby gate

I wish I could take credit for this wonderful idea, but my daughter made this one. She bought a wood baby gate (you can get these at Walmart for $10.00) and painted it.

That's it! The gate can be expanded, and you can even use both sides.

The earrings you see here are large and I say you could easily get about 100 pair on here - 50 on the two front sides and 50 on the two back sides.

She attached L-brackets as legs so it could be free standing.

We used this display at a flea market. I'm thinking about hanging one on the back wall of my closet behind my clothes for my jewelry.

Great portable earring display

What a clever inspiration! And I love how your daughter customized it with the paint color.

The expandability of this display could come in so handy - booth space sizes can really differ from one show to another.

Great idea to put feet on it to make the display free-standing. To make it even more stable, you might set some attractive weights on the feet.

I think this rack could be great used in an outdoor booth/tent. I would hang it like it was a wall. I think over my table would be great, you could even put necklaces in the holes. I also love the pink framing the black display area. Lynne Cirillo
