A similar but slightly different "jewelry stand"

You might find wire photo holders quite cheaply at dollar stores, garage sales, overstock stores, etc.
If you find one that has a bit of wear and tear, sometimes a little cleaning, paint, or creative refurbishing can make an item like this as good as new.
