Lighted Earrings Display for Show

"Lite-Brite" - a toy designed for making lighted pictures that also has potential for jewelry displays!

Well I am doing my first show in a few weeks and I've been reading ideas about how to make displays.

So I have a bunch of junk sitting in my other bedroom, including an old Lite-Brite from when I was child.

I'm going to put a white piece of paper over it and plug it in. That way it shows the light and makes things more attractive.

Then I'm going to use some old shutters I have, and I am making earring and necklace cards to hang from the slats of the shutters.

What a great way to repurpose some unused "junk" into displays!

Isn't it amazing what starts to look like a jewelry display when you look around you? :o)

I think the light-up effect will set your jewels off beautifully. Best of luck with your show!

omg i've used a lite brite to display earrings in 2007! they actually have a 4-sided one on a lazy-susan so you can only imagine how sweet that display was... A brite idea if i do have to say so myself :)
