Art In The Park

My significant other and I started our arts and crafts business over 15 years ago. We have gone through many trials and tribulations in regards to what works and what doesn't.

In the more recent years the business has become more focused on the jewelry that I make.

I do a few shows now and then, and had a booth at the local indoor swapmeet until it closed.

Here is the travelling booth.

I also do demos when I am permitted, and designed my studio to be portable. I fire glass.

I use mostly found items that are modified for practicality.

I scout for fresh curbage.

Using found objects for displays
by: Rena

Thanks for sharing this, Linda! I really like your method of using found objects and "curbage" to create your displays.

It's a totally affordable approach, and makes your setup unique - as well as environmental!

Love This!

I love the idea of recycling old items and using them as displays for my jewelry designs. Hunting for them becomes a true treasure hunt, to find something unique that can be turned into a display. It's part of the artistic fun! ^_^
